For my lesson, students will be able to create and add detail to their own stories. Each student will be able to think of their own story, and design it. I will give them several ways that they can use technology such as apps that they can use to create their stories such as Story-boarder. I would use class badges to show recognition for the students and use different badges to show that they understood what a plot is, resolution, characters, setting, etc.
I like how you will use badges to show the understanding of different story elements. It really would get students thinking about how they all add up to creating a full story!
