How to Create a Footer
- In Word, click on the Insert tab, then choose footer.
- Choose the second choice with 3 places that you'll see on the drop-down menu.
- In the left position, put your name.
- In the middle section, put the category of the assignment or unit.
- In the right section, put the name of this specific assignment.
- To close the footer section, click the big red X at the top of your screen.
