Typing Programs for your Students
Your students are going to have to be good keyboarders, whether they are on a QUERTY keyboard or mobile device keyboard. The Next Generation Assessments are not just multiple choice assessments.
These assessments require students to demonstrate their knowledge in a variety of ways, several of which require students to type short and long text responses.
Here are some suggestions for getting your students up to the speed and accuracy they will need to feel comfortable when taking the online assessments.
Typing Programs
The goal is to get your students typing at least 35 wpm (words per minute).
